I am very open-minded when it comes to employment opportunities and would be more than happy to consider a variety of roles, including trainee property manager, assistant property manager, property administrator, lettings negotiator, estate agency assistant, receptionist, front desk administrator, office administrator, customer service, sales support, recruitment consultant or general office-based positions.
Although my main ambition is to build a long-term career within the property and real estate industry, I completely understand that gaining experience, developing knowledge and working my way up takes time. I would not expect to walk straight into a senior property management or estate agency position. I am more than willing to start in an entry-level or trainee role, learn how the business operates, support the wider team and gradually develop my knowledge and experience.
I would particularly welcome opportunities within estate agencies, property management companies, housing associations, property developers, recruitment agencies and other professional organisations. I would also be happy to work in reception, administration or customer-facing roles, as I believe these positions would allow me to develop valuable transferable skills, build professional relationships and gain experience in a busy working environment.
I am someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people, communicating with different personalities, networking, building relationships and being part of a team. I am approachable, enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn. I would be happy to take on different responsibilities, support colleagues wherever needed and prove myself through my attitude, commitment and work ethic.
I currently hold a UK provisional driving licence and am actively learning to drive. I am working towards gaining my full driving licence and understand that having access to a vehicle can be beneficial for certain property-related roles, particularly those involving property inspections, viewings and travelling between locations.
My long-term goal is to gain relevant industry experience, continue developing professionally and work towards recognised qualifications, including ARLA Propertymark qualifications and qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH). I am particularly interested in progressing into property management, residential lettings, housing, real estate and property development over time.
Ultimately, I am not solely looking for a particular job title. I am looking for the right opportunity, a supportive working environment and a company where I can learn, contribute, build my confidence and develop a long-term career. I am willing to start somewhere, put in the work, take on new challenges and work my way up.
